The important things to understand about what Mixl is, what it is not, and how to use it responsibly.

Last updated: July 7, 2026.

Mixl is a tool, not a broker or exchange

Mixl is a sports-analytics and software product operated by D Is For Family LLC. Mixl is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, exchange, sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, investment adviser, or money transmitter. Mixl does not match, clear, settle, or take custody of any trade, order, wager, deposit, withdrawal, or transaction, and Mixl never holds or has access to your money or funds.

What Mixl does is provide analytics and software that lets you connect your own account to registered, third-party prediction markets such as Kalshi, a derivatives exchange regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and place orders on that account — either yourself, or automatically through the optional Autopilot feature (see below). Any transaction you choose to make, or that Autopilot makes on your behalf, happens on that exchange, in your own account, under your own agreement with the exchange. Mixl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any exchange.

Not financial, investment, or betting advice

Everything Mixl provides — statistics, models, simulations, probabilities, edges, and picks — is for informational and analytical purposes only and represents estimates that are inherently uncertain and may be wrong. Nothing Mixl provides is financial, investment, trading, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, or betting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to enter into any transaction. These are probabilities, not promises. Past and simulated performance is not indicative of future results, and no outcome is guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own decisions

Any decision you make, and any transaction you place on any prediction market, is made by you, at your own risk, and you assume all risk of loss. Mixl is not responsible for your trading or financial losses, for decisions you make based on the Service, or for any misuse of the Service.

Demo money for Mixl’s own trading; Autopilot uses your real account

Mixl’s own trading engine operates in a demo-money environment while its public track record accrues. Demo results do not reflect real market execution, fills, fees, slippage, or liquidity and are not a promise of real-world performance.

This is separate from Autopilot, an optional feature you may enable if you connect your own Kalshi account. When enabled, Autopilot automatically places real orders, using real funds, on your own connected account for newly locked AI Picks — only while a Mixl tab is open, only after your explicit real-money consent, and only within the per-order, daily, and balance-floor caps you set. Autopilot is off by default and can be turned off at any time.

Prediction markets and event contracts are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. The Service is intended only for adults 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available in the U.S. at 1-800-GAMBLER. Trade responsibly.
